Query all passwords of the current user

/cipher/findAllByLockId/{lockId}
Retrieves a list of all server-stored password records for the currently logged-in user under the specified lock. The response includes the password value, password name, password type, status, effective time, expiration time, creation time, and other related information.
Field Notes: Password types are distinguished by the cipherType field in the response:
01 = Offline Password
02 = Online Password
Important Note: Only passwords that have been successfully saved to the server via the [Add Password API] will appear in this list. Passwords generated but not saved will not be returned.
Usage Scenario: Display all configured passwords for the lock when the user accesses the password management page.
