Issue the command to associate the direct connection module with the door lock.

Issue the 4G direct connection module association command to the door lock, generate and return the direct connection command packet, which is used for writing to the lock to complete the binding configuration between the 4G module and the door lock. The client needs to write the command packet to the door lock and then determine the association result by decrypting the data packet returned from the lock; 2C00 indicates a successful association.
