Initialize Door Lock

Issue an unbinding/initialization command to the specified door lock. The unbinding logic is executed differently based on the deviceState parameter, removing the binding relationship between the user and the device.
Important Notes:
deviceState=00: Only unbind the account while retaining the users, passwords, and other data within the lock; the device can be bound to another account again.
deviceState=01: Unbind and erase all users, passwords, and configuration data within the lock, restoring it to factory settings; this operation is irreversible.
After obtaining the command, write it to the lock via Bluetooth.
Usage Scenarios: User account change, device transfer, lock malfunction reset, clearing access data.
