Synchronize and send fingerprint data to the door lock device

Synchronize the fingerprint data stored in the cloud down to the specified door lock device to complete the fingerprint authorization configuration, enabling the fingerprint to be used for unlocking operations.
This is usually used in conjunction with the [Get Fingerprint User List for a Specified Door Lock] interface.
