Core interface for completing door lock binding. Call this interface after sending a binding command via Bluetooth and receiving a response from the lock, to register the device information to the server.
Linkage logic: Corresponds to the "door lock binding" command issuance interface. After the device is successfully bound, it actively reports the result.
Usage scenario: After a user's account is successfully bound to a door lock, the server completes data association and establishes a binding relationship between the cloud and the device.
