Send instruction to unbind the gateway-door lock association

/gateway/unBindGatewayAndLock
Send an unbinding command to the gateway to terminate the communication association between the specified gateway and the door lock. After unbinding, the door lock will no longer access the network through this gateway, will be unable to receive remote commands forwarded by the gateway, and must reconnect to the gateway to restore network control functionality.
